Studies have shown particularly in Yale University that the performance of vegetarian athletes had demonstrated vigorous activity 2-3 times longer than meat-eaters. They were able to recover from exhaustion in one-fifth the time. Moreover, raw vegetarian diet contributes historically and throughout the world that people live longest.
Relevant research always reveals that vegetarians enjoy a superior level of health.However, others eat very little meat by today’s standards.
A raw vegetarian diet is observed and followed by a person who eats no meat, and no animal products such as milk, eggs, and, etc. One who believes a diet of merely vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds and grains as the proper food for all people for reasons of health.
Additionally, the part that refers to raw living foods is composed of sprouted greens, seeds, nuts, and green juices from wheatgrass, sunflower, green pea sprouts, celery, etc. or because of principles opposing the killing of animals for food.
The health industry makes other classifications of vegetarianism. Lacto-ovo vegetarians are those who eat no meat, fish, or poultry, but have eggs and dairy-products such as milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, etc. Another term is a natural-hygienist who is the same as a vegan but eats nothing cooked.
And a living-food is the same as a natural hygienist, with particular emphasis on the consumption of enzyme-rich sprouted seeds and grains.
